We’re sorry that some of you have experienced problems with our website, app and tracker since the start of Leg 1 – we’re working 24/7 to fix these issues.

We’ve read and listened to all of the feedback that we’ve received, and we’ve already made several changes, including:

Web

  • Presenting our text, photo & video content in chronological order.
  • Adding improved wind data display to the 2D tracker on the website.

App (please make sure to update the app to see changes)

  • Report updates are automatically pushed to the iOS app.
  • Enabling the option to stop the app loading sequence.
  • More Android tablets supported.

And there are other changes coming up, too. Next in line are:

  • A racing section with clear navigation for all content relating to race performance and strategy.
  • Weather forecasts in the web tracker.
  • Improved quality of the data feeding the tracker, dashboard and ranking to ensure all wind - and boat data is correct at all times.
  • An FAQ covering the terminology used in the tracker.

We’re continuously working hard to update and improve the system.
